THE FOUNDER
I am Ali Farahat. Balacode is the Toronto studio that builds production AI agents and the harnesses around them.
Over a decade in operations and technology. I went from running logistics fleets at AVIS and Mercedes-Benz to founding Balacode — after a stretch as CTO shipping products under real delivery pressure.
That path taught me reliability is not a feature you bolt on later. It is the system around the work. I apply that same operational rigor so agents do not hallucinate or fail silently.
